Vacuum suction units are simple but powerful suction systems that connect to the central vacuum supply. They are used to suction fluids from the patient’s body during surgical and other procedures. The purpose of vacuum regulators is to set and measure the vacuum within the limits required for medical suction.

Vacuum suction units are manufactured as:

• portable
• mobile
• with wall mounting – on rail

The main advantages of the suction unit include:

1. Simple operation of the vacuum by a regulating valve
2. Reliable jar overflow protection system:
   • hydrophobic bacteriological filter prevents fluid from entering the vacuum system
   • overflow safety valve in the secretion jar lid
3. Protection of the device, staff and patient against infection fitted with a bacteriological filter.
4. Wide range of additional accessories:
   • unbreakable autoclavable secretion jars with capacities of 0.5 L, 1 L, 2 L, 4 L
   • suction tips, disposable suction bags, storage cylinders…
   • various diameters of silicone suction tubing
